Healthiest Version of You

Healthiest Version of You was founded by Ashleigh, with the aim of focusing on the quality of care, over the quantity of care. She understands that nutrition support for persons with a disability and/or with several medical conditions, can often require extra time, more preparation and attention to meet the participants health and wellbeing needs. Ashleigh uses a person-centred approach to ensure the participant is at the centre of decisions relating to their lives and respects their decisions.

Why our business is called ‘Healthiest Version of You’

Becoming the healthiest version of yourself is a deeply personal journey, and it can look different for each individual. For some, what might seem like an ordinary step toward health, could be a significant achievement for another. Many factors shape how we care for ourselves, including our living environment, genetics, social connections, and even the influence of online spaces. Our financial situation, daily habits, and motivations also play a role, as does our understanding of nutrition and how to nourish our bodies in ways that best support our health.

Our business name, Healthiest Version of You, reflects our mission: to support each person in achieving their own unique version of health.  We’re here to guide and empower you to become the healthiest version of you, whilst honouring your individual needs, goals, and aspirations along the way.
